tert-Butyl [(1R,3S)-3-isopropyl-3-(4-[6-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl]piperazin-1-ylcarbonyl)cyclopentyl]carbamate (300 mg, 0.62 mmol) was dissolved in a 4.0 M solution of HCl in 1,4-dioxane (10 mL). After being stirred at room temperature for 1 h, the solution was concentrated to give 260 mg of desired product. MS calculated for C19H27F3N4O: (M+H) 385.2; found 385.2.
