Reaction Steps

A solution of 1.92 g (4.05 mmol) of the product obtained in Step H above is heated at 80° C. for 2 hours in 15 ml of 4N HCl solution in dioxane. The mixture is evaporated to dryness and dried in vacuo. The crude product is purified by chromatography over silica gel eluting with a mixture of CH2Cl2/AcOEt. The solid is taken up in isopropyl ether and filtered to yield the title product.
