The title compound was prepared as described as in Example 61 step 6, except that tert-butyl 4-(2-((tert-butoxycarbonyl)amino)-5-(thiophen-2-yl)imidazo[1,2-a]pyrazin-8-yl)piperazine-1-carboxylate was substituted for ethyl 8-(4-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)piperazin-1-yl)-5-(thiophen-2-yl)imidazo[1,2-a]pyrazine-2-carboxylate. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ: 7.71 (dd, J=5.1, 1.2 Hz, 1H), 7.46 (dd, J=3.6, 1.2 Hz, 1H), 7.40 (s, 1H), 7.22 (dd, J=5.1, 3.6 Hz, 1H), 7.08 (s, 1H), 5.23 (br, 2H), 4.01 (t, J=5.0 Hz, 4H), 2.79 (t, J=5.0 Hz, 4H). MS m/z: 301 (M+H+).
