Procedure
TFA (0.15 mL, 1.86 mmol) was added to solution of 2,2-difluoro-N-(3-(6-(morpholinomethyl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)-1-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl)-1H-indazol-5-yl)cyclopropane carboxamide (10 mg, 0.018 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (5 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred overnight at room temperature, and then the solvent was removed by vacuum. Purification by flash column chromatography (5% CH3OH/CH2Cl2) afforded the title compound (4 mg) as a solid. 1H NMR: (400 MHz, CD3OD): δ 8.49 (d, 1H, J=1.6 Hz), 7.69 (dd, 1H, J=1.6 and 8.8 Hz), 7.63-7.58 (m, 3H), 7.28 (m, 1H), 3.71 (m, 4H), 3.67 (m, 2H), 2.79-2.70 (m, 1H), 2.52 (m, 4H), 2.36-2.32 (m, 1H), 2.15-2.06 (m, 1H); ESI-MS [M+H]+: 453.2.
