Procedure
TFA (0.238 mL, 3.08 mmol) was added to solution of N-(3-(5-morpholino-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)-1-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl)-1H-indazol-5-yl)cyclopropanecarboxamide (15 mg, 0.031 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (5 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred overnight at room temperature, and then the solvent was removed in vacuum. Purification by flash column chromatography (5% CH3OH/CH2Cl2) afforded the title compound (10 mg) as a solid. 1H NMR: (400 MHz, CD3OD): δ 8.59 (d, 1H, J=1.2 Hz), 7.66 (m, 2H), 7.47 (dd, 1H, J=1.6 and 9.2 Hz), 7.31 (dd, 1H, J=2.0 and 9.2 Hz), 7.16 (s, 1H), 3.87 (m, 4H), 3.23 (m, 4H), 1.85 (m, 1H), 1.03 (m, 2H), 0.93 (m, 2H); ESI-MS [M+H]+: 403.19.
