Procedure
5-(4-Aminophenyl)-1H-naphtho[1,2-b][1,4]diazepine-2,4(3H,5H)-dione (30 mg, 0.095 mmol) obtained in Example 1, (3), and 2-thiophenesulfonyl chloride (26 mg, 0.14 mmol) were treated by heating in pyridine (3 mL). A post-treatment was performed in a conventional manner to obtain the title compound (27 mg, yield 61%) as white amorphous.
