(R)-tert-butyl 3-(6-carbamoyl-5-(4-(morpholine-4-carbonyl)phenylamino)-1,2,4-triazin-3-ylamino)piperidine-1-carboxylate (74) (180 mg) was treated with 4N HCl in dioxane (30 mL) at RT for 3 h. The mixture was concentrated in vacuo to yield the title compound (75) as HCl salt in quantitative yield. MS found C20H26N8O3 as (M+H)+ 427.1, (M−H)− 425.2. UV: λ=264, 283 nm.
