1-(t-Butylamino)isoquinoline-5-carboxylic acid (35 mg, 0.28 mmol) obtained in Step (6) above was stirred in a solvent of distilled water (0.4 mL). The reaction solution was added with concentrated HCl (0.15 mL), followed by stirring for about 3 hours at 90° C. The reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature, and the solvent was distilled under reduced pressure. The concentrate was added with toluene, followed by distillation under reduced pressure for 2˜3 times to obtain the title compound (30 mg, 66%).
