Procedure
(S)-Methyl 5-(azetidin-3-yloxy)-6-(1-cyclopropyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-2-methyl-3,4-dihydroquinoline-1(2H)-carboxylate was prepared by treating a solution of (S)-methyl 5-(1-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)azetidin-3-yloxy)-6-(1-cyclopropyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-2-methyl-3,4-dihydroquinoline-1(2H)-carboxylate in dichloromethane with trifluoroacetic acid according to the procedure outlined in Example 5-1, Step 3. 1H NMR (300 MHz, CD3OD) δ ppm 1.01-1.15 (m, 7H), 1.40-1.58 (m, 1H), 2.15-2.25 (m, 1H), 2.35-2.50 (m, 1H), 2.80-2.92 (m, 1H), 3.40-3.59 (m, 2H), 3.60-3.81 (m, 6H), 4.43-4.62 (m, 2H), 7.21-7.32 (m, 2H), 7.75 (s, 1H), 7.95 (s, 1H). MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z 383 [M+H]+.
