(S)-tert-Butyl (1-(4-oxo-3-phenyl-3,4-dihydropyrrolo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazin-2-yl)-3-phenoxypropyl)carbamate (8 mg, 0.02 mmol) was treated with a solution of hydrochloric acid in dioxane (4M, 109 μl, 0.43 mmol) according to the method described in Preparation 1 to obtain 6 mg (87% yield) of the title compound as a solid. Purity 100%.
