3-((4-Chloro-7-((2-(trimethylsilyl)ethoxy)methyl)-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-5-yl)thio)aniline (100 mg, 0.25 mmol) was treated with (S)-1-(5-methyl-4-oxo-3-phenyl-3,4-dihydropyrrolo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazin-2-yl)ethanaminium chloride (67 mg, 0.25 mmol), cesium fluoride (15 mg, 0.10 mmol), N,N-diisopropylethylamine (400 μl, 2.3 mmol) and tert-butanol (0.78 ml) according to Preparation 163. The residue (100 mg, 80% purity) was used in the next synthetic step without further purification.
