To a solution of 6-methoxyhexahydrofuro[3,2-b]furan-3-amine (380 mg, 2.3872 mmol) in EtOH (25 mL) were added N,N-diethylethanamine (967.4 mg, 9.560 mmol) and 2,4,5-trichloropyrimidine (526.2 mg, 2.869 mmol). The reaction was stirred at rt for 4 h, then concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (PE/EtOAc (v/v)=2/1) to give a white solid (490 mg, 67.2%).
