A suspension of 6-chloro-2-(2-(1-methyl-3-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl)vinyl)-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyridine (50 mg, 152 μmol, Eq: 1.00) and 5% Pd on Ba2SO4 (150 mg) in EtOAc (5 ml) was stirred under hydrogen (1 atm) for 2 h. The mixture was filtered over Celite and the residue purified by prep. HPLC to give the desired product (7.7 mg, 15%) as a white solid. MS: m/z=331.9 (M+H+)
