TFA (1.48 g, 1 mL, 13.0 mmol, Eq: 153) was added to a solution of tert-butyl (S)-1-((S)-5-((6-bromo-2-methoxynaphthalen-1-yl)methyl)-4-oxo-2,3,4,5-tetrahydrobenzo[b][1,4]oxazepin-3-ylamino)-1-oxopropan-2-yl(methyl)carbamate (52 mg, 84.9 μmol, Eq: 1.00) in DCM and at 0° C. After 1 h the mixture was concentrated and the residue was triturated with Et2O to afford the title compound (30 mg, 58.5 μmol, 69.0%) as a light brown solid. MS m/z (MH+) 363.0
