A mixture of (S)-tert-butyl (1-(N-(3-(5-(4-chlorophenyl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine-3-carbonyl)-2,4-difluorophenyl)propylsulfonamido)-3-methyl-1-oxobutan-2-yl)carbamate (50 mg, 0.07 mmol) and a saturated solution of HCl in EtOAc (2 mL) was stirred at rt for 2 h. The mixture was concentrated in vacuo to afford the title compound as a white solid (49 mg, 99%). The title compound was characterized by LC-MS as shown below:
