By the reaction in the same manner as in Example 4-(ii) using 1-(3-bromophenyl)-(1-trityl-1H-imidazol-4-yl)-2-methyl-1-propanol (6.00 g), 2,4-difluorophenylboronic acid (2.82 g), 2M aqueous sodium carbonate solution (45 ml) and tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(0) (647 mg), the yellow amorphous title compound (6.39 g) was obtained.
