Reaction Steps
By the reaction in the same manner as in Example 4-(ii) using 1-(3-bromophenyl)-2-methyl-1-(1-trityl-1H-imidazol-4-yl)-1-propanol (1.01 g), diethyl(3-pyridyl)borane (0.497 g) and tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(0) (0.170 g), the title compound (0.657 g) was obtained as a pale-yellow amorphous powder.
