The title compound was prepared in the manner analogous to Example 1F using 12C and 4-chloromethyl-(2,4-difluoro-benzyloxy-benzene) prepared from 4-hydroxymethyl-phenol and 1-bromomethyl-2,4-difluoro-benzene in the manner analagous to Examples 14A and 14B. MS m/z 471 (M+1).
