The title compound was prepared in the manner analogous to Example 1F using (8-mercapto-chroman-5-yloxy)-acetic acid methyl ester and 1,4-Dichloro-2-(4-chloromethyl-phenoxymethyl)-benzene prepared in the manner analagous to Example 71A. m/z 519 (M+1).
