实验过程

In the same apparatus and procedure as Example 1 above, 1.0 g (3.8 mmol) of triphenylphosphine, 6.21 g (38.0 mmol) of (chloromethyl)dimethylchlorosilane, and 27.5 g (190.0 mmol) of trichlorosilane were reacted at 150° C. for 12 hrs. The resulting mixture was distilled to give 5.8 g of 1,1,1,3-tetrachloro-3-methyl-1,3-disilabutane (bp; 169-170° C., yield; 58%) and 1.2 g of 1,1,3-trichloro-3-methyl-1,3-disilabutane (bp; 153-155° C., yield; 8%).
