Reaction Steps

A solution of the product of Example 53, step (c) (0.2 g) and triisopropylbenzenesulphonylhydrazide (0.3 g) in tetrahydrofuran (10 ml) was heated at 70° C. for 4 hours. The mixture was then purified (SiO2, ethyl acetate as eluant) to afford the title compound (0.13 g).
