Reaction of 2-chloroadenosine with p-(2-cyclohexylethyl)-phenethylamine as described in Example 14 gives 2-[2-(p-2-cyclohexylethyl-phenyl)-ethylamino]-adenosine, [alpha]D25 =-25.6° in DMSO, m.p. 154°-160°.
