Reaction Steps
In analogy to Example 13, the N-(2,2-dimethylpropyl)-2-N-(2, 2-dimethyl-propylamino)-4-chlorothiazolesulphonamide was prepared by reacting 2,4-dichlorothiazolesulphonyl chloride from Example 1 with 2,2-dimethylpropylamine. Following recrystallization from toluene, the product of m.p. 157° C. was obtained in 67% yield.
