Procedure

To a solution of 1-{4-[1-ethyl-4-(8-oxa-3-azabicyclo[3.2.1]oct-3-yl)-3-vinyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-6-yl]phenyl}-3-methylurea (200 mg) (0.46 mmol) in tert-butanol:water (1:1) (8.0 mL) was added AD mix 0 (2.0 g) and methanesulfonamide (400 mg). The mixture was stirred overnight. To the reaction was added 10% Na2SO3 solution and extracted three times with EtOAc. Organics were dried (MgSO4) and filtered off and then concentrated in vacuo. to give a white solid 178 mg. MS m/z=468.2 (M+H)
