A procedure similar to that used for the synthesis of 3-(1-(1-benzylpiperidin-4-yl)-6-chloro-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)-8-oxa-3-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane is used, using ethyl hydrazine as the hydrazine component and substituting 3-oxa-8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane for 8-oxa-3-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane.
