The title compound was prepared from Compound 47a (Example 42, 1 equiv), pentan-3-amine (3 equiv) and NaHCO3 (5 equiv) in isopropanol under micro wave condition at 180° C. for 30 min, and purified by LC-MS. MS [m+H] calc'd C22H29FN5O3 430; found 430.
