The title compound was prepared from 8-(6-chlorohexyloxy)-4-(3,5-dichloropyridin-4-ylamino)-7-methoxyquinolin-2(1H)-one (Intermediate 4) and diethanolamine following the procedure outlined in Example 18, Step 2 (modifications: 40° C., 24 h then 60° C., 24 h). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 9.95 (s, 1H), 8.83 (s, 1H), 8.76 (s, 2H), 7.87 (d, 1H), 7.04 (d, 1H), 4.77 (s, 1H), 4.30 (br, 2H), 3.95 (t, 2H), 3.90 (s, 3H), 3.39 (m, 4H), 2.56-2.36 (m, 6H), 1.74 (m, 2H), 1.38 (m, 4H), 1.28 (m, 2H); MS (ESI): 539.3.
