The entitled compound was obtained as an orange oily substance, according to the same method as in Example 4-15-(a) or according to a method similar to it but using 4-cyclobutyl-9-[4-(piperidin-4-yloxy)phenyl]-1-oxa-4,9-diazaspiro[5,5]undecan-3-one obtained in Example 8-5-(a) and acetone.
