Procedure
In analogy to the procedure described in example 1K, (S)-4-oxo-2-[7-oxo-4-(3-trifluoromethoxy-phenyl)-[1,4]diazepan-1-yl]-butyric acid methyl ester and (S)-6-aza-spiro[2.5]octan-4-ol hydrochloride (intermediate 2) gave the title compound in 60% yield as light yellow viscous oil. MS: 500.3 (MH+).
