Reaction Steps

In analogy to the procedure described in example 1K, (S)-4-oxo-2-[7-oxo-4-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-[1,4]diazepan-1-yl]-butyric acid methyl ester and (S)-6-aza-spiro[2.5]octan-4-ol hydrochloride (intermediate 2) gave the title compound in 75% yield as light yellow foam. MS: 484.4 (MH+).
