In analogy to the procedure described in example 17A, 4-((S)-2-oxo-tetrahydro-furan-3-yl)-1-(3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-[1,4]diazepan-5-one (example 7) and dimethylamine (5.6 M in EtOH) gave the title compound in quantitative yield as an yellow oil. MS: 388.1 (MH+).
