Reaction Steps
In analogy to the procedure described in example 1K, (S)—N,N-dimethyl-4-oxo-2-[7-oxo-4-(3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-[1,4]diazepan-1-yl]-butyramide and (S)-6-aza-spiro[2.5]octan-4-ol hydrochloride (intermediate 2) gave the title compound in 57% yield as white foam. MS: 497.3 (MH+).
