To a solution of methyl 4-[3-(1-quinolin-6-ylcyclopropyl)[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-b][1,2,4]triazin-6-yl]benzoate (15 mg, 0.036 mmol) in toluene (0.2 mL) was added 2.0 M of trimethylaluminum in toluene (27 μL) at RT followed by addition of cyclopropylmethylamine (5.0 mg, 0.071 mmol). The mixture was stirred at 70° C. overnight. After cooling the mixture was diluted with methanol, and filtered. The filtrate was purified by RP-HPLC (pH=10) to afford the desired product. Analytical LCMS: (M+H)+=462.4.
