The condensation of 1-cyclopropyl-6,7-difluoro-5-methyl-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-quinoline-3-carboxylic acid with 4-ethoxypiperidine in a similar manner as described in example 1 give the titled product. Yield 40%, m.p 180–82° C., C21H21FN2O4, m/z 388 (M+1).
