Reaction Steps
In the same manner as described in Example 1-(1), 4-methyl-6-(4-diethylaminophenyl)-2-pyridinecarboxylic acid (1.0 g), carbonyldiimidazole (1.0 g) and 5-aminotetrazole (0.32 g) are reacted to give N-(5-tetrazolyl)-4-methyl-6-(4-diethylaminophenyl)-2-pyridinecarboxamide (0.81 g). M.P. 254°-256° C. (decomp.) (recrystallized from dimethylformamide-ethanol)
