The compound was prepared from N-[3-(3-{2-[(3-{[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]oxy}-phenyl)amino]-4-pyrimidinyl}pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridin-2-yl)phenyl]-2,2,2-trifluoroacetamide and LiOH using the hydrolysis conditions described in Example 36, Step G to generate the desired product in quantitative yield. 1H NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO): δ 9.51 (s, 1H), 8.80 (d, J=7.1 Hz, 1H), 8.56 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 1H), 8.24 (d, J=5.3 Hz, 1H), 7.54 (s, 1H), 7.46 (t, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.30 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 1H), 7.08-7.18 (m, 3H), 6.80 (s, 1H), 6.68 (t, J=7.9 Hz, 2H), 6.51-6.55 (m, 2H), 5.24 (s, 2H), 3.99 (t, J=5.8 Hz, 2H), 2.59 (t, J=5.9 Hz, 2H), 2.18 (s, 6H). ES-LC/MS m/z=466 [M+H]+.
