Using the method of tetrazole formation described in Example 1 with 5-[[4-(4-acetyl-3-hydroxy-2-propyl-phenoxymethyl)-phenyl]-(tetrahydro-pyran-2-yloxy)-methyl]-2-methoxy-benzonitrile (1.00 g, 1.89 mmol), the title compound is obtained (0.620 g, 1.10 mmol, 58%): MS (m/z): 571 (M−1).
