2-(1-Benzyl-4-piperidinyl)-5-(((tert-butyldimethylsilyl)oxy)methyl)-1,2-dihydro-3H-imidazo[1,5-c]imidazol-3-one (0.18 g) obtained in Example 83h) and 10% palladium carbon (36 mg) were suspended in methanol (3 ml), and mixed under hydrogen atmosphere at room temperature for 18 hours. The reaction solution was filtered using Celite, and the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain the title compound as a colorless solid (0.16 g, quantitative).
