Benzyl(1R)-2,2-dimethyl-1-((4-(4-methyl-2-oxo-1-piperazinyl)-1-piperidinyl)carbonyl)propylcarbamate (0.18 g) obtained in Example 103c) was dissolved in ethanol (10 ml), 10% palladium carbon (50% water content; 20 mg) was added thereto, and mixed under hydrogen atmosphere at room temperature for 2 hours. The reaction mixture was filtered, and the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain the title compound as a colorless oil (0.12 g, 91%).
