Procedure
Following a procedure similar to that described in Example 150-(d), (E)-3-{[1-(methoxycarbonylmethyl)-1H-tetrazol-5-yl]methylidene}-1-(triphenylmethyl)piperidin-4-one (Example 150-(c), 2.2 g) was reduced with sodium borohydride. Purification gave the title compound (1.5 g, yield: 68%) as a pale yellow amorphous solid.
