A mixture of 10 mg of 6-(methanesulfonyloxymethyl)-N-(1-((2-(trimethylsilyl)ethoxy)methyl)-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyridin-2-amine, 40 mg of 1-(3-chloro-2-fluorobenzoyl)piperazine hydrochloride obtained in Reference Example 1, 27 μl of N,N-diisopropylethylamine and 1 ml of chloroform was stirred at 60° C. for 5 hours. The reaction solution was diluted with chloroform, and then washed with water and brine. The resulting organic layer was dried over magnesium sulfate and filtered, and the filtrate was concentrated. The resulting residue was purified by a silica gel column chromatography(eluent: chloroform to chloroform/methanol=20/1) to give the title compound.
