Reaction Steps
A mixture of the oxime from Step 8 (12.0 g, 27 mmol) and cesium carbonate (17 g, 54 mmol) in DMF (200 mL) was stirred at 80° C. for 18 h. The reaction was diluted with ethyl acetate and washed with water. The crude product was purified by chromatography on silica gel to give the title product.
