A solution containing the product from Example 46D (0.151 g, 0.403 mmol) in dichloromethane (3 mL) was treated with trifluoracetic acid (3 mL), and the mixture was stirred at 25° C. for 16 hours. The solvent was concentrated and the product was purified by reversed phase chromatography on a C18 column eluting with a gradient starting with 5-100% acetonitrile in water (0.1% TFA) to give the title compound (0.141 g, 81% yield) as the trifluoroacetic acid salt.
