A solution containing the product from Example 36C (0.081 g, 0.30 mmol) in dichloromethane (2 mL) at 0° C. was treated with the product from Example 57A (0.063 g, 0.33 mmol), triphenylphosphine (0.103 g, 0.39 mmol), followed by diethyl azodicarboxylate (0.061 mL, 0.39 mmol), stirred at 25° C. for 16 hours. Water (3 mL) was added and the reaction was stirred for 2 hours at 25° C. The reaction mixture was partitioned between dichloromethane and water, and the organic phase was washed with brine and dried over MgSO4, filtered and concentrated, to give the crude product, which was used without further purification.
