Reaction Steps

A solution of Example 135B (199 mg, 0.54 mmol) in dichloromethane (1.5 mL) was treated with trifluoroacetic acid (1.5 mL) at 25° C. for 16 h. The solvents were evaporated, and the crude residue was purified using reverse phase chromatography using 95% water (0.1% trifluoroacetic acid)/5% acetonitrile-100% acetonitrile to give the title compound (0.121 g, 73%).
