Procedure
A solution of Example 140B (0.261 g, 0.623 mmol) in dichloromethane (3 mL) was treated with trifluoroacetic acid (3 mL) at 25° C. for 16 h. The solvents were evaporated, and the crude residue was purified using reverse phase chromatography eluting with 95% water (0.1% trifluoroacetic acid)/5% acetonitrile to 100% acetonitrile to give the title compound (0.172 g 77%).
