To the product from Example 150A (0.422 g, 0.60 mmol) was added tetrabutyl ammonium fluoride solution in tetrahydrofuran (2.3 mL, 1N) and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 18 hours. The tetrahydrofuran was evaporated and the mixture was partitioned between ethyl acetate and water. The organic was washed with brined, dried over MgSO4 filtered and evaporated. The residue was chromatographed on silica gel eluting with a gradient starting with chloroform and ending with 80% ethyl acetate in chloroform to give the title compound (0.242 g, 58% over two steps).
