Procedure

To a solution of compound 31.3 (102 mg, 0.16 mmol) in THF (5 mL) was added a 1N solution of tetrabutylammonium fluoride in THF (0.15 mL, 0.5 mmol). The mixture was stirred at r.t. for 1 h and concentrated down under reduced pressure. The residue was subjected to a silica gel column chromatography eluting with 10% MeOH in CH2Cl2 to give compound 31.4 (38 mg, 59% yield). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CD3OD): δ 1.28 (m, 6H), 1.52 (s, 3H), 3.62 (m, 1H), 3.80 (m, 2H), 4.02 (m, 4H), 4.11 (m, 1H), 6.15 (d, 1H, J=7.1), 8.1 (s, 1H), 8.75 (s, 1H). LRMS (ESI) MH+ C15H24N5O7P requires 418.4. Found 417.9.
