Trifluoroacetic acid (2 mL) was added to a solution of 1,1-dimethylethyl 3-({[3-{[5-(azetidin-1-ylcarbonyl)pyrazin-2-yl]oxy}-5-({(1S)-2-[(difluoromethyl)oxy]-1-methylethyl}oxy)phenyl]carbonyl}amino)-1H-pyrazole-1-carboxylate (115 mg, 0.17 mmol) in DCM (16 mL) and stirred at RT for 2 hours. The solvent was removed in vacuo, DCM (20 mL) added and the mixture washed with water (20 mL), a saturated solution of sodium bicarbonate (20 mL), brine (20 mL), dried (MgSO4), filtered and reduced in vacuo to give the desired compound as a white foam (93 mg).
