Procedure

Analogously to Method D, 3.25 g of benzyl 3-hydroxy-4-{4-[3-(2-methoxybenzyloxy)propoxy]-phenyl}piperidine-1-carboxylate (Example 10f) and 4.05 g of methyl 4-bromomethyl-2-(3-methoxypropoxy)benzoate are reacted. The title compound is obtained as a slightly yellowish oil. Rf=0.30 (1:2 toluene-EtOAc); Rt=6.00.
